About ItalyRentHelp
We founded ItalyRentHelp after hitting the same bureaucratic wall: trying to rent apartments in Italy without Italian guarantors. As expats and international professionals, we faced rejection after rejection because of the “fideiussione” requirement.
After months of research, confusing appointments with banks, and translating rental contracts line by line, we discovered there ARE legal alternatives. More importantly, we realized this information was scattered, confusing, or hidden behind expensive consultants.
So we created ItalyRentHelp – a clear, practical resource where we share everything we’ve learned (and continue to learn) about navigating Italian rental bureaucracy as foreigners.
